Charged Twice? Read Here First

You were not charged twice for the same box.

Bhaddie Glam operates on a month-in-advance billing system.

Here’s how it works:
 • When you sign up (example: February), that payment is for March’s box.
 • After that, all recurring payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
 • Example:
 • February sign-up payment → March box
 • March 1st payment → April box
 • April 1st payment → May box

You are always paying for the upcoming month’s box, not the current one.

Why haven’t I received my box yet?

Because billing is done one month in advance, your first payment secures the following month’s box.

Shipping timelines:

 • Boxes ship during the month they are assigned to. That is between the 15th and 18th. 
 • Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
 • Please allow normal processing + shipping time.
