When will I get my bag?
Whatever month you purchase in is for the following month’s bag. Example: order in March → you’ll receive April’s Bhaddie bag which ships on the 15th of each month.
What’s inside each Bhaddie Bag?
Every bag includes 2 graphic tees plus a surprise mix of glam goodies. Some months that’s a car freshie + 2 accessories, other months 3–5 accessories on their own. Accessories may include makeup, skincare, fragrance, hair care, jewelry, or lifestyle products — always handpicked to fit the Bhaddie vibe.
Do I have to subscribe?
Nope! 🙌 You can try a one-time bag without subscribing. If you love it (and we think you will), you can upgrade to a subscription anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your account portal. Just make sure to cancel before the 1st of the month, since billing runs at the start of each cycle.
Can I exchange sizes?
All tees run true to size (unisex fit, S–3X). At this time, we can’t process exchanges once a bag is shipped — so be sure to double-check your size before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. only, but we’re working on expanding shipping options in the future.
How do I leave a review and get my coupon?
We LOVE seeing your Bhaddie Bags in action! Leave a review on your order with a photo or video, and we’ll send you a coupon code as a thank-you 💖
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please reach out to us at bhaddieglam@gmail.com within 7 days of your tracking showing delivered. We’ll help file a claim and work with you on a resolution.
