When will I get my bag?

Whatever month you order in is for the next month’s Bhaddie Bag. We ship all boxes between the 15th-18th of each month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no stress, no contracts. Just cancel before the 1st of the month to skip the next charge.

What sizes do the tees come in?

All tees are unisex fit, S–3X — comfy, true to size, and made to last.

When will my order be charged and shipped?

We keep it cute, simple, and on schedule so every bhaddie gets her glam at the same time each month.

Here’s how it works:

Whatever month you purchase in is for the next month’s bag. So if you order in June, you’re getting July’s bag, which will ship July 15th.

All subscriptions are then billed on the 1st of each month moving forward to keep you on track with the rest of the bhaddie fam.

Can I cancel anytime or skip a month?

We know life happens, so we make it easy for you to pause or cancel your subscription anytime with no hassle!✅ Pause a Month: Need a break? You can skip a month and resume when you’re ready.✅ Cancel Anytime: No commitments! If you ever need to cancel, you can do so easily through the manage subscription tab in the main menu.✅ Hassle-Free Management: Simply log in to your account or reach out to our team, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Do you accept returns on products in the box?

✔️ Wrong Size? No Problem! If your item doesn’t fit, we accept returns for store credit so you can reorder the right size.
✔️ Damaged or Defective? We’ll replace any damaged items—just reach out within 5 days of receiving your order.
✔️ Easy Process: Contact us to start your return or exchange.

Are the photos shown what I will get?

Photos shown are examples of past bags, but each month’s collection is completely unique and specially curated just for you.

How does the rotation option work?

When you select our rotation option we will send out a rotation of the bags you choose. For Example- If you choose Snarky & Mama bags- we will send them out at random- we do not keep up with what we sent last vs next.
