When will my order be charged and shipped?

We keep it cute, simple, and on schedule so every bhaddie gets her glam at the same time each month.

Here’s how it works:

Whatever month you purchase in is for the next month’s bag. So if you order in June, you’re getting July’s bag, which will ship July 15th.

All subscriptions are then billed on the 1st of each month moving forward to keep you on track with the rest of the bhaddie fam.

This setup makes it easy for us to curate, prep, and ship all bags together—because we believe every drop should feel like a moment.

If you ever need to skip, pause, or cancel, you’re in full control through your account—no pressure, no hassle

Can I cancel anytime or skip a month?

We know life happens, so we make it easy for you to pause or cancel your subscription anytime with no hassle!✅ Pause a Month: Need a break? You can skip a month and resume when you’re ready.✅ Cancel Anytime: No commitments! If it don't fit we offer hassle free returns for exchange of the correct size!

Do you accept returns on products in the bag?

✔️ Wrong Size? No Problem! If your item doesn’t fit, we accept returns for store credit so you can reorder the right size.
✔️ Damaged or Defective? We’ll replace any damaged items—just reach out within 5 days of receiving your order.

Photos shown are examples of past bags, but each month’s collection is completely unique and specially curated just for you.

How does the rotation option work?

When you select our rotation option we will send out a rotation of the bags you choose. For Example- If you choose Snarky & Mama bags- we will send them out at random- we do not keep up with what we sent last vs next.
